Buying and selling cars always carries a risk and a good outcome is dependent upon the trust between both parties involved in the transaction. We recently purchased a used car from Auto Barn which developed a series of faults that gave us cause for concern. However, the response we received from Ross was outstandingly helpful and unconditional. We were given absolute reassurance that the unforeseen problems with the car would be resolved to our satisfaction, and they were.

Honesty and integrity cannot always be counted on when dealing with the motor trade but in our experience, these two important principles set Ross and Auto Barn apart.

Highly recommended. We saw a van online and visited the showroom to take a closer look. Ross was extremely helpful but not pushy. The purchase process was seamless and reassuring. Superb customer service. Auto Barn have some great vehicles, in great condition all competitively priced. We would definitely use them again if the need arises, as we are delighted with our purchase.

My Perfect Little Car!

I was looking to update my car and came across this garage which was local. Ross was so helpful and made the whole buying process easy! There was no pressure to buy and when I chose the car to suit me it was checked over before I collected it. Wow! Fantastic Experience!!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Ross was absolutely fantastic from the moment he picked up the phone until I drove away in my new Qashqai! Nothing was too much trouble and he even picked me up from the train station.
